Van Woert Bigotti's goal is to provide exceptional architecture that exceeds the owner's expectations in both design and service. It is important to discover a spirit and meaning with each design that stems from the inspirations of relationships, site, materials and quality of life. Commitment requires dedication and responsibility. At van woert bigotti architects we believe that making a difference involves a sincere interest in the success of others. Our business philosophy is built on a commitment to our clients, staff and our community. We contribute to a better quality of life through the relationships we build, the service we provide and the designs we create. Our principals and staff have served on many committees for various community organizations in an effort to positively influence the cultural development of Nevada and Northern California.
Experience
Creativity within Van Woert Bigotti's architectural process is not merely solving a problem. Rather, in order to make a difference, our architecture strives to be what architecture truly is-an art as well as a profession. This requires creative thought that addresses the pragmatics while achieving a high degree of aesthetic sense. Our approach to design and creativity lets emotion, analysis, and instinct combine to allow originality and appropriateness emerge. This approach enables us to discover meaningful architecture.
Van Woert Bigotti has learned through experience that communication is the key to a successful project. The interaction between design team members and the free exchange of information becomes the keystone of any architectural design philosophy. It is this concise narrative exchange of ideas that leads to the visual and graphic philosophy that gives final form and shape to any architectural project. We lead by listening... then by bringing ideas together that will shape our thoughts. Out of that comes physical form.
Van Woert Bigotti has won numerous awards for design excellence. These awards are not just for designing pretty buildings. We have garnered awards for energy efficiency, historic preservation, and cost consciousness. We have received awards for designing an efficient floor plan, for designing positive learning environments that raised average test scores, and for saving an historic hotel and turning it into artists live work spaces and art gallery.
