After the construction of the Riverside Artist's Lofts at the historic Riverside Hotel, the main floor of the old hotel was renovated to include Sierra Arts Gallery and two other commercial spaces. The gallery consists of a conference room and exhibition space on the main level, and flexible office space on the mezzanine level. While emphasizing a raw aesthetic, the art exhibition area is also flexible to suite the artistic needs.

Architectural services included programming, schematic design, design development, construction documentation and construction administration.
