Southern Wine and Spirits in Las Vegas is a 600,000 square foot office and distribution center. The office complex houses executive office, computer center, sales area and exclusive wine tasting rooms for upscale patrons.

The design utilizes a precast concrete construction method. A straightforward use of bold colors and careful placement of window patterns created an unique and striking architecture.

The entry to the building is through a landscaped courtyard with open trellis and a sculptural fountain. The architectural style is in the modernist southwest vernacular, melding with the high desert environment of southern Nevada.
