The V. James Eardley Student Services Building is located on the Truckee Meadows Community College (TMCC) campus and consists of 50,000 square feet of new building and over 100,000 square feet of remodelled space. SVWB addressed the College's request that the new building accommodate the increasingly growing administrative and academic needs that the campus is currently experiencing, while also reflecting student pride and serving to promote TMCC's continuing focus on education excellence. The new building houses expanded culinary and arts programs, as well as TMCC's bookstore and student services such as Starting Point, Advisement, Disabilities Resources, Fitness Center, Testing, Learning Hub and Career Center.
