Washoe County's 25,000 sf Regional Dispatch and Emergency Operations Center is located north of Reno on the Regional Public Training Site. This important new facility will be used to dispatch public safety calls for the city of Reno, Washoe County Sheriff's Office, Truckee Meadows Fire Protection, University of Nevada, Reno Police, Pyramid Lake Tribal Police, and many other districts and departments. The facility can administratively handle groups of between 6 and 50 individuals depending on the magnitude of the immediate exercise being managed. A series of small sub dividable rooms can be opened up in multiple combinations, responding to the size of each group. The facility is fully secure with CCTV, key card access, and secure perimeter fencing. Architectural services include programming, schematic design, design documentation and construction documents. We are currently administering construction.
