The Levy Residence is located in Reno at Caughlin Ranch and is approximately 3500 square feet. The design is oriented to take advantage of the views of Reno as well as the Sierras. The style of the home met the owner's request for a modern aesthetic with a lightly stained redwood siding, which compliments the high desert landscape in Reno. The fine interior experience is a direct result from the modern open plan bringing natural light through each room with a blend of subtle earth tone colors and materials. The house meets all of the rigorous requirements set by the Caughlin Ranch Design Review Standards.
