About the Role
We are seeking a Project Architect who thrives in a fast-paced, focused, and collaborative environment and is passionate about design excellence and project execution. This role requires an individual with strong technical expertise, comprehensive construction knowledge, and the ability to manage teams and develop projects from concept through completion. Responsibilities
Lead projects through all phases — from design development to construction administration.
Develop and manage detailed REVIT models and drawing sets.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure design integrity and constructability.
Oversee and mentor team members, fostering collaboration and quality.
Engage directly with clients and project stakeholders.
Participate in a range of project types, including architecture and interior-based work.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (required).
10+ years experience (min) as a Project Architect or Project Manager (required)
Professional licensure (preferred, or on track for licensure).
Expert-level proficiency in REVIT — this is essential.
Extensive construction knowledge and experience with documentation and detailing. [commercial construction – steel, masonry, concrete]
Proven ability to manage projects independently from design through construction.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Architectural Project Production Coordinator

About the Role
We’re seeking a Project Production Coordinator with a strong background in construction documentation and production. You may not be a licensed architect, but you understand how buildings come together — and you know how to turn design intent into detailed, buildable drawings. This role is ideal for someone highly skilled in Revit, construction detailing, and coordination, who enjoys being the technical backbone of a project team.
Responsibilities
Produce and manage detailed construction documents and Revit models
Coordinate with project architects, interior designers, consultants, engineers, and contractors
Review and refine drawings for accuracy, constructability, and compliance
Assist in preparing design development and construction administration documentation
Participate in consultant coordination meetings and resolve technical issues
Contribute to project quality control and document standards
Support multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Qualifications
Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field
10+ years of experience in architecture, with emphasis on technical production
Expert-level proficiency in Revit (required)
Strong knowledge of construction methods, detailing, and materials
Experience in commercial construction (steel, masonry, and concrete systems)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
